Goods are shipped either by Royal Mail or next-day courier, dependent upon weight.
Goods are shipped either by our designated international courier, on a standard service (express is optional) or can be shipped using the customer's own account.
Damaged or missing components
Please open and examine all packages upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible of any shipping damage or missing components. Any claims of this type must be made within 48 hours of package delivery. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
William Lees & Sons reserves the right to refuse any return and will return any item that is deemed unacceptable. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
