PowerLok Quick Change discs - a range of small abrasive discs in sizes: 19mm; 25mm; 38mm; 50mm; 75mm and 100mm. An outstanding choice for general applications, including blending light welds, breaking edges and removing parting lines and machine marks. And they can be used on mild contours as well as flat surfaces. Choose from three easy-to-use fastenings: Snap-on/snap-off; Turn-on/turn-off and Roll-on/roll-off.

Unitised Discs - Constructed from compressed non-woven web, specialised resin and grain to produce high-performance finishing products. Excellent for light deburring of flashing and threads, blending alloys, polishing and finishing. They hold their shape well and do not gouge.
MX Discs - These abrasive discs provide the ability to grind and finish in one action and are suitable for medium to light metal removal, deburring and finishing, with excellent cushioned grinding action. On certain applications they can last up to 10 times longer than regular discs.
Strippa Discs - Ideal for surface refinishing, cleaning and blending and is a cost-effective and safer alternative to a wire wheel. They provide a unique combination of aggressive performance, long life and improved finish.
Cartridge Rolls - Made from rolls of Resin Bond Abrasive Cloth which allow a new cutting surface to be uncovered as the top layer is worn away. Available in two shapes (straight 'Pencils' and tapered 'Spirapoints') they are ideal for sanding and polishing channels, fillets, recesses, side walls, bottoms of dead-end holes, radii and small contours.
Square Pads - With Square Pads, the corners wear down consistently exposing fresh abrasive. Through time, the pad becomes rounded for less stock removal. They grind almost as fast as hard wheels, but are much smoother and easier to control. They are suited for quick grind blending of difficult to access channels, fillets, corners, or spotting flat surfaces.
Cross Pads - The shape of the Cross Pad enables you to see through to the contact area, providing greater flexibility than square pads. They can be used for close-tolerance polishing of small radii and channels, deburring the ends, finishing bell-mouth configurations and when spotting on flat surfaces.
Overlap Slotted Discs - The "2 to a set" disc configuration cuts on the inward motion only, while the "4 to a set" disc configuration, assembled back-to-back, cuts on both the inward and outward motion. Useful for rapid aggressive grinding, deburring, blending, finishing and polishing of cylinder walls, inside diameter of tubes, frontal and bottom areas of recesses and for chamfering drilled or stamped holes.
Bore Polishers - These are self-centring abrasive mops, designed for internal grinding and polishing of cylinders and pipes (including stainless steel) where corrosion needs to be removed. The flaps expand to grind or polish the interior diameter, covering the entire surface area with each pass.
Spirabands - Are made of abrasive cloth which is rolled and glued onto a cotton backing. They can be used on metals and other surfaces for stripping, surface cleaning and grinding applications.
Sanding Star - The Sanding Star is the ideal tool for those difficult to access deburring and polishing applications. They remove sharp edges and flash which can cause manual handling problems on irregular or awkward sized components.
Surface Preparation Star - Surface Preparation Stars are the perfect item for small internal dimension work. Their shape enables you to penetrate the internal dimension and polish or clean the surface without disturbing any tolerances.
